Authorized use
Improvia Creator CRM is an internal business tool. Access is restricted to authorized employees with an administrator-granted role. Any unauthorized access or attempted access is prohibited.
Acceptable use
Users may use the application only for legitimate creator-relationship work on behalf of Improvia. Data accessed through the application must be treated as confidential and may not be exported or shared outside the company.
Accounts and security
Users are responsible for safeguarding their sign-in credentials. Suspected compromise of an account or a connected TikTok account must be reported to the internal tools team immediately.
Availability
The application is provided as-is for internal operations and may be updated, suspended, or discontinued at Improvia's discretion.
